Job Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Models and delivers the highest standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Retail Execution: Works closely with Team Leaders to achieve cost, margin, and labor targets while maintaining the highest standards of retail execution.

Team Leadership: Evaluates and documents team member work performance, and functions as the point person in the absence of Team Leaders.

Communication: Consistently communicates and models LG Shoes’ vision and goals, fostering a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.

Customer Flow Management: Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.

Training and Development: Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels team members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.

Performance Evaluations: Provides timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations to team members.

Experience:
- 12+ months of experience in the footwear or retail industry.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including a wet and cold environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment relevant to footwear manufacturing.
